Respecting the planet is a priority!

The Paris Accord on Climate Change is the first universal and legally binding global climate agreement. It was signed on 22 April 2016 and ratified by the European Union on 5 October 2016, this agreement can be described as a modern utopia, but overcoming our environmental challenges is the only way to survive.

Let’s imagine a world where nature and technology work together wisely.

LG ThinQ presents practical ways through its products to live in harmony, with mother earth, without forgetting that we are guests on this planet. All this consenting also a better life quality in our homes.

Through the ThinQ app’s Energy Dashboard, users can easily check how much energy LG’s smart home appliances are consuming, making it much easier to see where they can reduce usage and save energy in order to reach the goal of limiting global warming to well below 2ºC and continuing efforts to limit it to 1.5ºC degrees Celsius. Reducing household energy consumption is a great way to make a difference. To start the process, you can use the Routine function on the ThinQ app to apply custom settings to all connected appliances and operate them with a simple tap, this means users don’t have to constantly check everything as the ThinQ app sends notifications as soon as a cycle is finished.

Should users experience a problem with one of LG’s products, there is no need to be alarmed. Smart Diagnosis and Proactive Customer Care, both accessible from the ThinQ app, can help identify and resolve issues without having to call or wait for customer service or a technician for maintenance.

If there is anything that can make it easier for us,
