The king of collaborations, Virgil Abloh teams up with Jimmy Choo to create 9 models for Off-White™ SS 18 runway collection. The shoes are re-elaborated Jimmy Choo’s sexy shapes reinterpreted with Off-White™’s luxury streetstyle conceptual vocabulary. Clear plastic is wrapped around high heeled pumps to recreate a modern glass slipper, flowery bows become extra-extra-large and ’80 style boots are dressed in contrasting tulle. Abloh’s inspiration for this collection was the late Lady Diana, and we can definitely say that these shoes are worth of a princess, a modern one.
