Dior’s makeup preview of the Autumn –Winter 2018/19 collection
An audacious look created by Dior’s image director Peter Philips, that plays with coloured eye liner coordinated with the sunglasses designed for this collection
Eyes
With a sophisticated take on bright colours, eyes are the strong point of the look: “I wanted to create an eye that displays colour”, explains peter philips. “In a reflection with the tinted transparent lenses, I used the new Diorshow on Stage Liner to draw a line of colour on both the upper and lower lash lines. Green, yellow, red, pink, blue and grey – all the colours are there. It is a “camouflage” makeup effect, as though it’s blending in with each pair of glasses. The look is completed by emphasizing eyebrows with the Diorshow Brow Styler and Diorshow Bold Brow, while making sure they still look natural”.
Complexion
This natural and luminous complexion is obtained by using Capture Youth Glow Booster serum, applied at first for a really radiant base. The skin is evened out while respecting everyone’s skin tone with Diorskin Forever Undercover, which provides great cover in a wide colour range, and with a very natural finish. Any little imperfection is touched up with Diorskin Forever Undercover Concealer, then finished with the new Diorskin Mineral Nude Bronze or Glow powders to catch light.
Lips

Nails
Nails also look natural and are prepped using Base Coat Abricot and Gel Coat.
