Surf, sport, Hawaiian prints and vintage pieces, are the ingredients of this project we cooked up with Luca De Ovidiis, longtime Roberto Cavalli collaborator, now previewing for us his latest project: LDO, a capsule collection of shirts and t-shirts inspired by that staple of vintage casual attire, the Hawaiian shirt. We had lots of fun digging into our respective archives to create a narrative that would encompass all our different references and obsessions, while at the same time show how such hybrid, simple pieces could take on different personas and fit a diverse cast of characters.
