Watch our interview with the Swedish artist Frida Wannerberger for her capsule collection with Ottod’Ame

Fashion Week was the occasion to meet the artist and illustrator Frida Wannerberger at the Ottod’Ame store in the centre of Milan. The Italian womenswear brand, that has always cared about the relationship between art and fashion, decided to create the limited “Daydreamers” SS19 collection with Frida in a new portrait of feminine strength and solidarity. The T-shirts, that are protagonists of the line, show the signature female figures drawn by the artist, and part of their proceeds are devolved to the Circle Italia, a no-profit association made by women for women, founded by Annie Lennox, which is realized in an effective network supporting women in difficulty worldwide.

We have met Silvia Mazzoli, the brand’s creative director, who has introduced her digital encounter with the artist… Then Frida has told us the story of her singular illustrations.
