Feeling as architect the duty of conducting, throughout his work, a reflection of materials’ impact on the world, Mamou-Mani showed us his 3D printed project.
Compostable bio-plastic and wood modular little bricks are joint together recreating the checkered motifs of the actual palace’s court.
The pluri-awarded French architect, specialized in digital design and also lecturer at University of Westminster and UCL-Barlett in London, connected architecture and nature giving birth to a journey inside the gardens and the court of Palazzo Isimbardi.
“Conifera” wants not only to highlight the incredible and infinite potentiality of the new technique in the architectural filed, but also to be a window to the future we should yearn for.
