Jean-Luc de Krahe is the marketing manager of Gentleman Car sprl, the Belgian company that was one of the protagonists of the Car Deck with two Shelby Cobras, in one of the most popular spaces at MYS 2017. Now at its second edition, the Car Deck featured 16 splendid automobiles, from classic Mercedes cabriolets reconstructed by Hemmels to the latest creation of Hoffman&Novague, the HN R200, and from Lamborghinis to Aston Martins. Jean-Luc explains the passion for beauty that links the world of mega-yachts to that of supercars.

A Shelby Cobra can cost a few hundred thousand euros, even if it is a replica of the roaring gems created by the American driver Carrol Shelby in the 1960s. A Ford motor, English bodywork by AC Cars, power and elegance, a fatal attraction for owners of mega-yachts, with their passion for luxury and beauty, on land or on the sea. At Monaco, in our stand on the Car Deck, there were two of them, priced at 225,000 and 380,000 euros respectively, perfectly inserted in a landscape of Jaguars, Bentleys, Mercedes and Lamborghinis, each more beautiful than the last.
