The soul of Visvim, Japanese cult brand designed by Hiroki Nakamura, lives in a timeless beauty: kimonos, outwear and footwear evolved into a full lifestyle collection.

Nakamura’s vision is a journey in traditional manufacturing methods in order to imagine the future.

A new concept that is a perfect symbiosis of heritage and ready-to-wear, resulting  in an Americana-inspired workwear collection restyled by high-tech design with traditional Japanese textiles and   cuts. A future vintage!

At Pitti Immagine Uomo 90 in Florence, for the first time, Visvim – Pitti Designer Project of the Year – presented a total experience: a fashion show of the men’s collection, with some looks for women, that included a mini performance of aging rock’n’roll dancers and also a trade show with a special installation at the Futuro Maschile Pavilion, at the Sala della Ronda.

“This occasion has allowed us to explore a different way to communicate who we are and what we are doing. It will incorporate elements of a show, but more importantly with how and what we present I want our guests to feel what Visvim is” says Mr. Nakamura.

Hiroki Nakamura’s natural charm in a new way of contemporary fashion groove. Founder of independently established CUBISM inc. and Visvim, he has evolved in a global influencer thanks to his personal vision of luxe-elegance mixed with a urban mood.
