Louisiana born Scott Campbell is undoubtdely one of the world’s most famous tattoo artists (according to his website he doesn’t take appointments for the moment). His works decorate the bodies of the likes of Marc Jacobs, Orlando Bloom, Penelope Cruz just to name a few. But human skin is not his only medium: his art, shown in art galleries around the globe, spans from intricate scuptures made of dollar bills to delicate designs in the inside of eggshells, from hyper realistic watercolors of makeshift tattoo machines to ink color neon signs. The latest application of his craft is a collaboration with luxury italian brand Berluti: five original designs embroidered or printed on shoes accessories and garment for fall-winter 2016/17. Stylized snake skeletons and tribal symbols decorate leather and fabric, not skin.
